There are plenty of things that can wreak havoc on your gut and cause gut issues. Your stomach and intestine only have limited ways to tell you something is wrong. The most common complaints are cramps, gas, diarrhea, and constipation. Basically, that’s 4 types of complaints that can tell you over a 100 things that can be triggering your gut.
This certainly does not make it any easier to pinpoint your exact problem!

In the coming weeks, I will publish articles on all the subjects from the complaints listed below, this list will be updated every time a new article is published. This way I will create a complete list of complaints, intolerances, diseases and all other things that can affect your gut. Hopefully, this will help you identify your triggers and help you get rid of your health issues.
