My name is Manon. As a gut health and IBS dietitian, I’m here to help you in your journey to a calm belly.

Since 2015 I’ve been working as a dietitian. In multiple years of experience in dietetics I’ve found that nutrition and lifestyle choices have a great impact on IBS and gut health.

YOU can take matters into your own hands!

After dealing with my own IBS for years I felt frustrated. I was eating healthy, had enough exercise, and was happy with my life. But still, my IBS was taunting me.

Then I realized… I am a dietitian… I can help myself!

In the following months I started working on my IBS. I followed IBS related dietitian courses, performed elimination diets on myself, and paid very close attention to my body.

After a couple of months, I greatly reduced my IBS symptoms. I was (still am!) so happy! No more bloating every day, healthy stools every morning, and just more energy overall.
But what to do with everything that I’ve learned along the way?

I will help you.

I came to Positive Gut after a year of extremely poor dietary counseling.

It felt like my last cry for help in dietetics for my IBS symptoms and the FODMAP diet I got myself into.

Now I am so grateful that Manon came on my path with her practice! She has a lot of knowledge, can share it well, and listens very carefully to what you say. She thinks along with you and sometimes even comes back to it later if she has dived into something further.

The fact that you can send messages (and get quick replies) in between consultations with questions or problems that you run into is so helpful!
